Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon Black sesame paste
  • 2 teaspoon Maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla paste
  • teaspoon Salt pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a milk frother add one by one the ingredients: soy milk, black sesame paste, maple syrup, vanilla paste and pinch of salt.
  • Start frothing using hot milk with light or dense foam functions/buttons of your milk frother (depending on the options available for your brand of milk frother).
  • Let the milk frother to its magic.
  • Pour in a latte glass and enjoy.

Notes

I recommend using high-protein vegan milk such as soy or pea for the best and creamiest results. 
Choose milk with at least 3g of protein per 100ml.
Other kinds of milk with lower protein content will not produce the excellent foam needed for a perfect latte.
