My favorite vegan yogurt for this recipe is the soy Alpro Natur for the creaminess and extra protein. Plus, I like the taste a lot. I only sometimes find it in my local supermarket, but if you do, you can try the Skyr-style nature one for extra protein (5.8g of protein per 100g). It's so easy to make, delicious, and perfect for those hot summer days.
