Instructions
Soak the prunes
Place 2 cups of prunes in a bowl and cover them completely with 1 cup of hot water.
Ensure all prunes are submerged, then cover the bowl with a lid and let them soak for 10 minutes to soften.
Blend the ingredients
Transfer only the prunes to a food processor.

Process until smooth – Blend until the mixture reaches your desired jam consistency. If it’s too thick, gradually add a little of the reserved soaking water until smooth.
