Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Prunes 350g
  • 1 Cup Hot water
  • 1 Cup Orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions
 

Soak the prunes

  • Place 2 cups of prunes in a bowl and cover them completely with 1 cup of hot water.
  • Ensure all prunes are submerged, then cover the bowl with a lid and let them soak for 10 minutes to soften.

Blend the ingredients

  • Transfer only the prunes to a food processor.
  • Add the cup of orange juice, orange zest, and a teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • Process until smooth – Blend until the mixture reaches your desired jam consistency. If it’s too thick, gradually add a little of the reserved soaking water until smooth.

Store and enjoy

  • Transfer the blended prune jam to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to one week.
