  • 1 cup Hot water Adjust for desired consistency

  • Soak the prunes in hot water for 10 minutes to soften. Make sure all prunes are covered by the hot water and cover the soaking bowl with a lid.
  • Transfer the prunes and water to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
