1 cup Fresh mango diced 1 cup Soy yogurt 1 cup Soy milk or any plant milk 2 tablespoon Maple syrup ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon Ground cardamom 1 tablespoon Chopped pistachios Optional 1 tsp Rose petals Optional
Peel and dice the ripe mangoes into small pieces.
In a blender, combine all the ingredients: the chopped mangoes, vegan soy yogurt, vegan soy milk, maple syrup, ground cardamom and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
If the lassi is too thick, add a little more cold milk and blend again until you reach the desired consistency.
For an extra refreshing drink, add a few ice cubes
Pour the lassi into glasses.
