Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh mango diced
  • 1 cup Soy yogurt
  • 1 cup Soy milk or any plant milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped pistachios Optional
  • 1 tsp Rose petals Optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the ripe mangoes into small pieces.
  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients: the chopped mangoes, vegan soy yogurt, vegan soy milk, maple syrup, ground cardamom and salt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If the lassi is too thick, add a little more cold milk and blend again until you reach the desired consistency.
  • For an extra refreshing drink, add a few ice cubes
  • Pour the lassi into glasses.
  • Top each glass with a sprinkle of chopped roasted pistachios and a few dried rose petals for an elegant touch.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your cooling, delicious Vegan Mango Lassi!
